Grove Booklet

New resources for youth workers launched!

Bishop Graham Cray today launched the Grove Youth Series which was the vision of Paul Nash of the Midlands Centre for Youth Ministry. Jo and Nigel Pimlott authors of the first booklet on 'Responding to Challenging Behaviour' were there to discuss this topic with those who attended. Over 50 people gathered at St John's Nottingham on November 17th to hear Graham Cray speak of the importance of youth work at this time and to commend this new series which seeks to resource the church and Christian agencies with accessible, affordable and relevant resources in the tradition of Grove booklets. As an author of two Grove booklets on youth work himself, he suggests that - "Grove Youth is an exciting and welcome set of resources for all those who work with young people. The series promises to help churches and organisations work more effectively with young people and inspire reflection and action on the many important issues concerning them."
