Statement on recent press stories concerning CYM

On Wednesday 24th February, CYM became aware of stories published in the national press that made reference to us and one of our employees. These stories concerned an employment tribunal between an additional party and their former employers. As this tribunal is currently ongoing we cannot comment on the specific detail in these stories. However, CYM would not knowingly encourage ‘moonlighting activity’ and, pending the ruling in this case, will be taking steps internally to investigate this matter. The personal conduct of our employee is also being looked into by senior management. CYM is also providing as much support of possible to Rachael Williams at this difficult time.  A further statement may follow in due course. [Posted 26th February 2010]

2010 Awards Ceremony
